I can't remember/find my username and/or password

Registered delegate
Your username will be the email address that you used for your registration. It is also the same email address where your welcome email to access the platform was sent.

If you have forgotten your password try resetting it by clicking on “Forgot Your Password?”

Enter your email address and click “SEND PASSWORD RESET INSTRUCTIONS” button

You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.

New delegate
Step 1 is to create a user account on the platform. Click on login, and complete the details on the new user side of the platform.

Once you have created a profile, you will then be directed to register.

The profile you created will be your login details for the duration of the congress

What browser is best for me to use?

We recommend you use Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox to access the platform. Internet Explorer and Safari are not supported browsers and may impact your experience within the platform.

Update attendee profile

To update your details you must be logged in.

To edit your profile simply click “MY ACCOUNT” in the top right-hand corner of the page, then select “Edit Profile”.

How do I join a session

Navigate to the PROGRAM from the left-hand menu

Here you can find all the live sessions for the congress. You can filter the program by session type, themes and room.

Once the “Join Session” icon appears on the session card, you will be able to join the room. Simply select “Join Session”.

You are required to be logged in, and registered, in order to access the sessions.

Will content be available on-demand?

All presentations will be recorded and made available on-demand within 24-48 hours of the presentation. On-demand access is included with your virtual congress registration for 12 months for APGS member and 30 days for non-members.
